We have been busy, since the funeral and I have been meaning to send you an e-mail, on behalf of Steve and myself.

Funerals, by the very nature of the event, cannot be totally happy occasions. However, both Steve and I, said that this was the nicest funeral we had ever been too. This was mainly down to you.

You made the service very personal, which we loved and honest, which is not often the case at funerals, when platitudes are a plenty, even when they are not deserved.

Your tone of voice and presentation were excellent and made us all feel like you had known both Teresa and us, a long time.
